TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS OF OUR ATEX TRANSFORMERS

Thanks to their configuration, our ATEX transformers are suitable for work sites in areas with explosive atmospheres in industry. They comply with the highest safety regulations and standards to ensure that operators are not put at risk. Our ATEX safety transformers convert the 230V voltage into 24V. They can then be connected to each other. It is therefore possible to supply a second transformer with 230V from the first one and so on. The proposed equipment is therefore ATEX certified for use in sensitive areas without electrical risks on construction sites.

THE ATEX 400VA 230/24V SAFETY TRANSFORMER

Its main purpose is to convert a 230V voltage into a 24V safety voltage to allow operators to work in optimal safety conditions even in the most dangerous areas with explosive atmospheres. Our ATEX transformers are therefore designed not to cause any sparks or events that could lead to an explosion. Its configuration, material and IP66 rating are compatible with use in the most hostile environments: petrochemical, gas, paint booths, silos, etc.

THE DIFFERENT VERSIONS OF THE ATEX 400VA TRANSFORMER

At Labérine Energie, the ATEX transformer is available in 400VA power. It is possible to choose between 2 or 4 ATEX sockets. As for the ATEX projectors, you can configure our transformers according to your needs. Our products, whose housings are designed in aluminium and with a stainless steel frame are available with different cable lengths (5m, 10m, 15m, 20m.....), different connectors (ATX, Ceag, Marechal electric....) and different cable types (H07BQF or RNF). Our ATEX transformers are protected by a very soft rubber. They are waterproof and robust for very harsh environments.

QUALITY AND RESISTANT ATEX REELS

Perfected over the years, our range includes several ATEX reels designed specifically for type 1 and 2 zones. Among our most robust products, we offer reels made of elastomer and stainless steel, known for their mechanical resistance. These stable and compact models have an IP66 protection rating and a power rating of up to 400V. They can be equipped with 2 to 3 sockets and a cable up to 30m long.

VERSATILE AND ERGONOMIC ATEX REELS

Apart from this model, we also offer metal reels on wheels available in 24V version for low voltage and 230V environments, for a max power of 380W and 3680W respectively. 2 socket outlets can be integrated, with a cable length of 50 or 80m, making them very practical and versatile reels.

Finally, we also offer SPLITTER 230V power strips, which are highly appreciated for their optimal ergonomics. Adapted to ATEX zone 1 and temperatures ranging from -20° to +55°C, they are equipped with handles and shoulder straps for better mobility, as well as 4 sockets and 1 plug for a 10m cable length.

Certified IP66, they are water and dust resistant and can be used in environments with temperatures ranging from -20° to +40°C. We are committed to providing you with products that meet all your specifications, and we offer cable lengths of 10m and 25m.
