SAFETY TRANSFORMER ATEX 400VA 230/24V
This transformer provides a 24V safety voltage in explosive atmospheres (zones 1, 2, 21 and 22). Reliable, it is possible to supply a second transformer in 230V from the first one. Robust and mobile, it has 2 or 4 ATEX outlets.

ATEX safety transformer for harsh environments
The ATEX safety transformer not only converts 230V to 24V but is also reliable: a second transformer can be supplied with 230V from the first transformer and so on.

The ATEX safety transformer: Work in complete safety
The main function of the safety transformer is to convert a 230V voltage into a 24V safety voltage. This allows to work without any electrical risk for the operators carrying out maintenance work in particularly sensitive areas because of their humidity, or cramped conditions.
This ATEX safety transformer allows, in addition, to intervene in zones called "ATEX". These are very special and dangerous zones because their atmosphere is explosive.
The equipment must therefore be ATEX certified and designed in such a way as not to cause any sparks or events that could lead to an explosion, thus ensuring complete safety for the workers.
This transformer has the advantage of being reliable, i.e. it is possible to supply a second transformer in 230V from the first transformer and so on.
Its composition and IP66 rating allow it to operate in the most hostile environments: petrochemicals, gas, paint booths, silos, etc.
