Area lighting for public works
One of our areas of expertise lies in our ability to provide high-quality area lighting solutions that are tailored to the specific needs of your construction sites.
In fact, we offer a wide range of 360° lighting fixtures, with different wattages (up to 220,800 Lumens for the most powerful of them) that can be brought to great heights and thus illuminate large worksites in a totally uniform manner. Our lighting systems are equipped with powerful, high-performance LEDs, enabling them to start up instantly and require very little maintenance. Whether you're working on sites with little movement, or others requiring frequent zone changes, Labérine has the solution for you!
Here are the main ranges of area lighting we offer for public works:
- LUMAPHORE® LED : This innovative solution, 100% Made in France, is a 360° tubular construction site light with a sturdy, waterproof housing. It offers high light output for medium- to large-scale construction sites. Its output ranges from 29,900 lumens (for the most compact model: the 300L) to 220,800 lumens (for the most powerful model: the 1500XL or XLG), allowing it to illuminate up to 6,000 m² of workspace
- The construction site light ball : It provides uniform, glare-free 360° lighting and is available in two wattages: 400W or 600W. The 400W version delivers 50,000 lumens, illuminating up to 2,000 m², while the 600W version is a public works light that delivers 75,000 lumens, illuminating up to 3,000 m².
- The mobile lighting towers and masts : a well-known choice in the public works sector. These are powerful units capable of providing lighting for very large construction sites over long periods of time. Some models, such as the TF4 or K45 Lite , plug into the mains, but these lights are generally all-in-one solutions powered by their own electrical systems (battery or built-in generator). We offer lighting towers with output ranging from 83,000 to 184,000 lumens for the most powerful models. They have very long runtime capabilities, lasting up to 707 hours of continuous use (as with the CUBE+ Hybrid tower).

Our distribution range: to supply your electrical installations in complete safety
To supply power to your construction sites in complete safety, you need electrical distribution equipment. We offer a wide range of products to bring power from the mains to your lighting systems, protecting them from the risk of electrical malfunction, and protecting people on the construction site. Our equipment is also suitable for your maintenance work.
We offer metering and distribution cabinets protected by thick sheet-metal enclosures, designed for use in temporary installations and meeting strict standards. Our distribution cabinets are equipped to meet a wide range of needs and can handle up to 630A, while our meter cabinets are available in ranges from 30 to 60A for “blue” rates and from 160 to 400A for “yellow” rates.
These mobile worksite enclosures are fully customizable according to customer requirements. Our sales team will study your request to offer you a solution that corresponds 100% to what you're looking for.
To distribute electricity safely and reliably to the rest of your system, we also offer a complete line of customizable isolation transformers that can be customized, up to 3,500VA, to which we can add cable reels, extension cords, and adapters to allow for greater spacing between lights and equipment on your job sites. We can also equip your job site with larger units for very large installations, to step down 400V power to 400V again. For job sites in harsh, damp, or confined environments, we also offer a wide range of safety transformers with power ratings up to 2,500VA. These transformers convert mains power (230V) to very low voltage, thereby eliminating the risk of electric shock from water for both your equipment and the personnel on site.
